  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials?
    No. However, if you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Unfortunately, we do not wash windows.
  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • What if I don't cancel my appointment within the required 24 hours?
    There will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
