What if I need to cancel my appointment?


You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials?


No. However, if you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.




Do you wash windows?


Unfortunately, we do not wash windows.




What if I don't cancel my appointment within the required 24 hours?


There will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
